It is completetly out of control when you farm materials, especially Shard of Agony. I have around 400 eggs while 0 shard. Some bosses you need 12x per summon, why not 2x like andariel, duriel, varshan and ALL bosses? Thank you!

The problem this season is there is no incentive to do helltides and generally whisper caches give hearts. Every other season the reverse is usually the issue because helltides have a more important role.
I think the 12 mats per summon is fine, they probably just needed to make living steel drop a bit more from the current seasonal activity to compensate for not needing to do helltides.
If you compare shard of agony and mucus-slick egg when you are getting materials, it is pretty big difference. Shard of agony needs more drop like mucus-slick egg. I mean come on 400 eggs and you have zero shard of agony. It is broken game so it cant be right like this way no.
Boss materials should convert to their counterpart at the alchemist at a 1:1 ratio, one egg for one shard, one shackle for one doll ect, for a small to moderate gold cost.
