Just had a shattered stars aspect drop and the numbers appear to be bugged, I max rolled the meteor damage however the matching part of the aspect was a minimum roll, I compared this to previous patches and if one max rolls the other should also. e.g the aspect that rolled has these values : 30% [20-30]% // 1455 [1455-1818]. The 1455 should be 1818.
