I dont know if just my luck but i try to drop shockwave aspect by obols and nightmare dungeons but no luck 5 day in the row (like 5k obols 30-40 dungeons) or its just a bug and it do not drop at all.

Well. I found it 3 times, and the 2 of them were within 30m yesterday. Sadly I can’t find the tempest roar 
Just bad luck I guess, had a few drop over the course of playing - up to lvl 73.
