Shop update notification

I’d love some notification when new items arrive in the shop. It’s nice that the shop updates on a regular basis but kinda useless if it’s the same items all the time. I honestly expected some variety at launch but I guess they didn’t prepare enough?

Yeah, I know that it shows that, yet the last three “refreshes” were no new items added. I want to know when actual new stuff gets added.

New items were added, but just so that I can understand - you want it to be notified when new items are added since you last looked? or I last looked? somebody else looked? or since last refresh?, or last refresh excluding new players who started game since last refresh? or players who didn’t look at last refresh? … relative to what and for what purpose?

That’s a really odd request. Just check the shop when the refresh happens and see what’s new. There’s one or two new things every time.

Would love to not see shop notification at all (that annoying exclamation mark in menu). In fact, hiding the shop altogether would be even better :ok_hand:

“Can’t update the game”? What are you on about, son?

Have you completely missed the trickle of updates we’ve had past week and the massive news we got the other day?

Yeah, and I’d like to have a little “new” symbol on stuff I haven’t seen or clicked on yet :slight_smile: or put a message in the launcher “new stuff added to the shop”. And by new I mean stuff that hasn’t appeared before.

Each new item in the shop has a mark in the corner to indicate that it’s new.

There is a little “!” mark against shop icon every time something has changed. When you say hasn’t appeared before … you mean ever, since launch of game, early access or normal launch date? … how does this work two years into the future when someone has only been playing one year - this all sounds very specific to your unique circumstances.

I vote a big NO on that, i dont want any popup windows or ingame notifications or notification emails sent to me whenever they add something to the shop. There is a refresh timer in the shop, and that is plenty.
