Still better than Diablo 4 for sure, if you had to choose between PoE Last Epoch and Diablo 4, I would go for PoE. Its free to play and soon PoE2 comes too so thats a wub wub new game yay.
YES. got more hours into this game than d4, and i have a rogue lvl 100 in d4.
I will wait for some reviews, if everything ok and not reported problems like “server crashes”… I will play it for sure.

I want the mmo thing, the world, to be interesting. I want that to work. It’s the only big thing that Diablo 4 has on any competitor in my opinion.
I’m uninterested in Last Epoch and even PoE2 because they won’t convey the mmo.
Will D4 do it then? I don’t know. I’m level 30. Was cool seeing people run around but I am worried about my end. And I’m worried about my beginning too. It’s not so interesting running around for 100 just so I can loot actual items. Idk why the tradition is that you get worthless things until you land max. It’s all like an extended tutorial. I hate that. I loved how I could skip the campaign but I still wonder why I can’t find things right away?
So I find this perfect item, it’s just that the level is too low. Ok, but I can upgrade it right? I can use materials and perfect it? No? I have to find it again? How! It’s damn infuriating… Even if it’s for a relatively short period, like 3 days or whatever to 100, it’s enough to stop me since I don’t even see the lure of the season. A pet? I don’t want a pet. Traps? That sucks, they don’t give loot. But whatever if it’s fun. But it isn’t. It’s annoying is what it is, and tedious. Ok then… I’ll run it a few levels here and there, freestyle going nowhere. Idc. I’ll be 100 next month maybe. But I still think it’s a mistake not letting us get in on real items just because we’re low level. I think any and every game should start right away.

Yes. It is an amazing game. It has plenty of end-game. And more importantly it is a a lot of fun. Saying this feels odd but… It does not feel like a job at all.
I see some people claimed Last Epoch doesn’t have an end-game. Probably a cultural or educational issue. Some people simply lack the integrity to tell the truth unless they are forced to do so.

Classes are gender locked and graphics and art direction no nearly anywher as good as D4, but it is fun in its core.

fastest uninstall of my life, garbage graphics , clunky movement, NO TEXT and UI SCALING, which makes the game nigh unplayable on ultrawide 5120x1440.
