Skeleton Corpse Bow made me quit the game

Title says it all, but, yes, I’ll talk a bit more about it.

Skeleton Corpse Bow’s not the only culprit. The higher NM Tier you do, the more you are susceptible to fall victim to that “mechanic”.

Seriously, what’s the big idea?
Why, oh WHY, in a modern game, do we still have to face enemies that, no matter what your level, armor or resistances are, are still are able to just kill you in a single hit, off-screen or not.

Puddle? Okay, I can see it forming at my feet, I’ll step out. Hit cone? Alright, I’ll just step aside and avoid the damage, thank you for designing a mob that telegraphs its attack just a little bit so I can at least take a couple of steps to avoid it, I greatly appreciate it.

Oh my, a Lilith one-shot diagonal flame strike thingy?
Well, it took me a lot of tries, but at least that’s something that I can learn.

But those goddamn, out of view Corpse Bows?

No. I just can’t anymore.

I’m sorry. I love the game, but these guys. They scare me.
They scare me so much I just have to stop playing for my own mental health.

If you are one shoted by Skeleton Corpse bow=you should not even be here in first pleace LOL

Aren’t they similar to Gloams in D2?

end game was never tested properly. Some mobs damage, elite affixes need to be adjusted, NMD affixes need to be reworked. For example, Storm bane: I’m having high ms bonus but dome starts forming miles away and I have no time to walk back because ms bonus have ended or I’m blocked in room with levers where I need to kill all mobs first but dome starts forming outside.
Etc.etc.
To fix some issue you need to know about it. Devs will never knows, because they never play game end content.

Lazy programming devs created them to take advantage of lack of viewable game space to make the game “harder.” They are stupid, I agree.

POV too walking backwards into battle is so stupid, walk into mobs before you see them…

bit silly reply,if you can SEE something you can dodge it…then its your fault if you die

its a bit like the butcher they take you by surprise and hit like a truck.
