I m playing seasonal character and lvl 91 cant get ashes . It says you have to be lvl 74 to unlock . Missing too many ashes and cant gather because of that problem. Any idea?

I am level 84 and I am missing 4 ashes, with 6 others remaining to claim. I am missing one from tier 62, two from tier 68, and one from tier 72.
I tried restarting, but nothing works

I refunded one point from my urn of iron, and it gave me all the missing ashes. This is a workaround, but overall Blizz still needs to fix this.
