So I’ve hit level thirty and thought, o wait, I have those smoldering ashes waiting for me, but when I checked it was already claimed and my ash count remained 0. Does anyone else have this issue or know how to fix it?

Yup. first one worked fine for me. Second is showing as claimed but is not available to use.

Log out and then log back in immediately after solved the issue for me. Worth a shot.
