Social features

I’d like to point out that the social features in Diablo IV are currently very limited. The lack of a general chat where people can discuss things, along with limited group activities, means that players hardly communicate with each other at all—though these aren’t the only reasons. It would be helpful, for example, to make it easier to join other players when you’re in the same region of the map. Another thing that is one of the most underdeveloped features is the “party” system - as the leader, I choose a map and the players can vote but this doesn’t work. For example, three players vote ‘yes’ and one votes “no,” and the activity is blocked. The voting system should be completely removed because it makes no sense. Trading is also “dead” because items remain bound to the player’s account after modification, which—combined with the small number of items currently available in the game—significantly limits trading. There are also no tabs in the chest or “trading post” where players can list items for sale, which would streamline trading and allow players to do so without having to be online. I believe it’s better to focus on ensuring quality in the game, because right now, as a player, I quickly get bored by the lack of improvements that should have been there from the start. I hope that Blizzard will implement at least some of these ideas in the near future.
