Since the launch of the beta I have crackles in my speakers. I have never encountered this problem in any other game. If anyone else has the same problem. I use a USB3 sound bar.

Did you setup the right audio Source etc? Cause you can switch to 5.1 / Mono / Stereo / Headphone and so on
I have same problem, D4 is not playable at this moment. Sound is teraring all time.

I selected the source in Diablo4, and I put myself in stereo according to the specificities of my my soundbar.
Maybe check your USB Drivers, i had sutch Problems on other Games in the passt with USB Sound Devices
Well i switched from USB headphones to standard non usb and sound is working fine, its something with usb then.
If its Possible, try to update your Motherboard/Bios if you want to use your USB Stuff 
Make sure you turn off the Windows Sonic for Headphones it is the one that is tearing from what happened to me. DTS was fine and without spatial was fine but the moment Sonic was tearing
