Greetings. Explain how to play this? The sound is horribly distorted, interrupted. It seems and fps became worse. The impressions of the game are terrible, when will this be fixed? It should be a shame to sell a product in such a raw technical state! We need to test better on all platforms. Please solve the problem as soon as possible.

It’s the same on PC, many times the audio just stop, hope your fix will also fix the problem on PC.

Honestly there must be a compensation for that trouble. Otherwise when you sell the game make sure the customer knows what trouble he’s gonna have to deal with.

You’re probably very busy, but I payed for this frickin expansion and cannot even play it.
How would you feel when you buy something and, a week later, you still cannot use whatever you bought?
Can you at least make an effort and reply…
What a disappointment of a company this became. Perhaps do some actual customer servicing?

Two updates and STILL NO AUDIO FIX!!!

On PS5, I sometimes have audio issues, where ambient noise like winds in Kyovyshad are beginning to stutter and then any audio effect doesn’t fire anymore. It resolves itself after about a minute, but I’ve not been able to identify any specific trigger.
Happened once in the middle of a big fight and several times in Kyo, while just tempering gear.
There should be some improvements to this from today and the 2.0.3 update that just went out.

Now the sound is working correctly, hopefully the problem is solved. Thanks to the development team for fixing it and to you for your feedback.
But there is still a problem with frame rate, when moving on horseback, in the open world. Frame rate drops, the image can freeze for 5-10 seconds. This is only in the open world and in places where other players congregate. Please improve stability on PS4.

Nothing changed on PC, I quite often lose audio.
