[Steam Achievement Bug] Living Nightmares not unlocking

Despite the hundreds of Nighmare Dungeons I did with my seasonal character, at first the Sacred in Tiers 3, then the Ancestral in Tiers 4, the Steam achievement ‘Living Nightmares’ does not unlock. I do not know what to do about it… I have posted pictures on the Steam forum, but it looks like nobody from Blizzard really cares.

Do they even reply here from time to time by the way?

My son is having the same issue with that trophy on ps5. I got it and he didn’t and we really only play together. This bug needs fixed. I thought D4 would be his first platinum, but maybe not.
