Still can't access pre download of open beta - Diablo 4

Hi, I cannot download the Diablo 4 open beta.

I’ve clicked on the tab above the install button but there is no option for beta. I’ve tried everything. cleared the cache, changing regions, changing passwords, reinstalling bnet. pretty much all the options and advice available. even turning it off and on again.

I purchased the game on the 18th hoping to gain access to the other beta last weekend but i was late for that and thats on me. but now unable to pre download the beta and fear i will not be able to get access to the beta and missing out.

can’t even open a ticket to support as they just refer me back to the guide which i’ve tried.

please help, i’ve tried everything.

Same here. The only version I can choose is the full “release” game. Of course, i can’t download it…

I have not heard about this issue before, but if you want the devs to notice or the best support, you will have to post this in the technical forum for DIablo IV and not general discussion :slight_smile:

Not sure if you can move your own topic of if an admin needs to do that. Either way, I have not seen any mods respond here during the open beta, they might be unavailable. At least for tonight :thinking: I would try the technical part of the US forum and not the EU. Because I think that the US gets favoured in offcial responses over EU, that really sucks, if that it is the case, but what can you do … At least when the game is released it will not matter that much.
