Is this where streamers do all there gaming, and get great loot while telling everyone they need less loot ? as youtuber/streamer rob2628 mentiond it.

All the YouTubers who stream and speak highly of Diablo 4 are paid, just like the people at Blizzard who have no interest in the game and have to use their own money to have streamers do their work for them. It’s not uncommon to see all the streamers with chests full of Mythic items with less Paragon than your character.
