I was inside at the Fallen Temple in Cathedral of Flesh where i should collect Animus from the Cannibals that i kill but the last one didn’t show up. So i am stuck right before last door and nothing else. I have search and kill all enemies and NOTHING happening so i can’t end it and move on at World Tier 4. Please fix it ASAP.
update…i solved this issue with dungeon reset so i can move to WT4.
