Stuck in China server and not EU

Hi there, does anyone ells have this problem?
It was working fine about 2 hours ago, just bought a battle pass and now I’m stuck in a China server with a latency of 2000+

I had this yesterday, I was surrounded by people with Chinese characters in their name. I had to log out of the game, close the battlenet client completely then relaunch everything.

Thanks, but i already tried this, i even changed my server location on battlenet and it is EU
but still the same problem

Use a VPN service and connect to a more local EU server.

It should connect you to a service that is within your range not outside of your range… if all else fails connect to a US server and like i have said many times before on other posts, you will no longer have issues for the most part, the EU server is notorious for issues.

In 30+ years of gaming, I’ve never ever been sent to an other region by error, blizzard games included. This is utter incompetence.

It’s slightly odd, a server when reaching capacity will offload too other regions, but i must say… why china of all places… especially considering a 2k ping it makes no logical sense for a server to offload its users onto a region that could be potentially much worse off in terms of the users location vs it.

And yes i have been a gamer for roughly around the same time.

i can read Chinese. and no, these words are NOT Japanese or Korean too.

These are Chinese characters but they are totally gibberish and means shiitt. its like typing sdfsdfsd sgsdfp023409 adsfgkdjf23v esrdtsdrt gbldkfghoid.

So thats why I can see Chinese names in my game. Looks like it works both way as my ping is standard.
This is funny. I bet these are console players. I will disable cross platform and see if its fixed.

and yet Google translate automatically translates this to Japanese, I know the languages have some similarities… Theres some stuff about table making, not returning to the country with an illness and a few other bits of unrelated text. This is google’s version :
