Stuck on final step of "All good things"

I am stuck on the last quest step on the quest “All good things” I can not get back in the room to take the portal.

Same, it kicked me out the game and now theres not portal

I saw someone say if you change difficulty it should cancel out the quest. So you would have to re do the quest but at least you’re not stuck! I haven’t tried it yet but will tomorrow bc I’m stuck too

I’m stuck on last part, get the harbringer down and he’s lying down but won’t die, few % health reman, tried 6x now, can’t delete quest to start over

Also got stuck due to a timeout, got called away from the computer and was auto-logged out, removing me from mephisto’s realm. No way to return.
