Diablo IV, it says “in line”. it’s been on my ps4 for a few hours and nothing, i can’t get into the game. I pre-purchased Diablo IV and have active PS+.
What should I do and why is this happening???

I have the same problem after the countdown reaches zero it just says the same thing for me I am on Xbox though. My friends on Xbox are loaded into the game after the countdown finishes though. So I don’t know what is wrong with ours.

yo estoy igual termina el tiempo de la cola dice conectando al servidor y se queda hay pegado dando vueltas y solo me pasa con mi cuenta principal ya que entre con otro perfil que tengo y hay si cargo normal pero con mi cuenta que compre el juego se queda hay pegado que podemos hacer para solucionar ese error

bro estoy en las mismas que tu me paso exatamente lo mismo entre al juego a las 11 cuando abrien el servidor cree el personaje entre a jugar a los 2 minutos me expulso del juego y ya nunca mas pude volver a entrar siempre se queda dando vueltas despues de terminado el tiempo de la cola y de hay no pasa probe con otro perfil que tengo y en ese si inicia seccion normal pero en mi perfil principal que es con el q quiero reclamar las recompesas no eh podido jugar y nadie da razon de como se soluciona ese error borre hasta la app de la beta y nada sigue igual no se q hacer
A 17h 10min de queue et no pb j’ai joué 10min et expulsé du jeu et depuis impossible de rejouer. Après l’attente de queue avec le temps quelque soit le temps d’attente le compteur atteint 0 et après juste ‘file d’ attente’ et plus rien. Mes amis n’ont pas de problèmes et moi qui joue depuis diablo 1 et qui suis try harder j’ai pas le droit. Si je ne peux pas jouer du week-end et donc pas de récompense de jeu je vais demander le remboursement des 100€ pourquoi payer plus cher et être mis dans la case poubelle

Got in the queue 3 times for 30minutes after the countdown ends I got “queued” message and got stuck there for another 10min to get and error screen
I have played 30 minutes and now same here on PS5 for about 10 hours.
I can get it it’s the first beta but the problem seems to be persistent on consoles and it could be nice to have a acknowledgment by the team to know they are working on it.
We will hopefully have more information in the morning (PDT).
The same problem here. Yesterday I spent all afternoon trying to enter, when the countdown ends it stays in queue for hours and I can’t get in. Even now, there’s only less than a minute of queue, but you’re still stuck with no counter and “queuing” forever

Where is the fix for stuck for infinite queue? On Series X Played 20 minutes at 4pm GMT, yesterday… Tried everything to get it working since and can’t get past the screen being stuck on queued after the timer runs out!

Same poblem here, but playing PC version. I have played almost 40 minutes.
Final message: queued for login: authentication pending - No valid key for DiabloIV
Infinite queue then error can’t connect.
Blizzard can reduce queue ?
1 week-end to play in queue that was fun.
Blizzard should give all the preorder the Beta stuff.
Looked a Streamer that connected after the Timer and me trying to get into for 12 hours now…
Statements from Blizzard ? Nowhere to See…

I canceled preorder and stay on soulsgames and Diablo alternatives for now and everyone WHO will ASK i get to never buy Diablo 4 from my Friends

The same here. My acc stack on queue. I try other acc and it works so i dont know why my acc on ps5 i stack. Why they can do some restart or wtf. They never learn. Tge same situation was on d2 ressurected.
3 hours stick on waiting queue…. It’s inexecpetable …. Blizzard go post information !!!

This is intolerable. Why make the beta open to consoles, when you clearly couldn’t care less about them?
11 hours I have been waiting to get on to this game and I’m pretty much decided that I’m going to cancel my pre-order because why give you upwards of £70 when I can’t even try the damn thing

Today still the same, I turn on the beta and the same, queue for ages.
Does Blizzard not see what is happening on consoles or pretends that there is no problem.
Please explain and fix this situation, this beta is a sad joke.
