Stuttering with movement skills?

I didn’t have any issues before VOH. Same settings as before VOH Expansion and it feels awful to play, If I use a movement skill, its stuttering… combined with lower fps. Especially when you play Spiritborne, most skill have movement built into it. I have DLSS enabled and not sure if that’s fixed yet…

I’m currently playing on a i7 (9700k) with a 3080 (high settings in game).

Anyone else having the same issue??

yes. same issues. same specs. A lot of freezing stuttering
