As i was playing yesterday after fighting Duriel i got a BAC rune drop and after trying to start the second fight i got a sudden game disconnection. Although i got the message that the game tries to safely save etc, finally i found out that the Rune was not anymore in the inventory, but the materials to spawn the boss were consumed… Unlucky i guess? First time this happens…
