Helltide should be affecting the dungeon to have stronger elite packs,super bosses and higher density of mobs, combined together with nightmare dungeon to have some impact.
World boss should be level 200, if not level 154. The current world boss spawn 6hrs but only take 1sec to kill it, world bosses should have increased damage and increased damaged taken when bosses left with 10% health bar to prevent undergeared and poorly performing players from clearing the content for dps check. legendary and unique drop rates will be greatly increased once defeated.
World Tier 1/2 = World boss level 50 (legendary)
World Tier 3 = World boss level 100 (legendary+lower uniques)
World Tier 4 = World boss 154 (legendary+higher uniques)
Increase the population cap to 20 or more in world boss area.
Day/Night mobs being stronger depending their type including world bosses.
Example:
vampire/skeletons stronger at night.
humans/beast stronger at day.
world bosses take reduced damage of all attacks, increased damaged taken while staggered.
Dungeon buff/debuff affix should include;
reduce gold find, but more rare equips drop.
reduce magic find, more elite packs and bosses spawn.
increase gold find, lesser rare equips drop.
increase magic find, character started with permanent darkness the vision will be poor but able to use skills and attacks.
debuff skill damage by 30%, increase basic skill attack 60%.
We just want to have fun farming items and killing mobs.
