Temper manuals dont drop

Hello, i cannot get some of temper manuals. I already got level 100 but still haven’t got Subterfuge Experience legendary manual. What i tried:

  • Switching to World Tier III
  • Making all seasonal quest (Mother quests)
  • Farming at Helltide (0 manuals got from 1 hour of farming)
  • Farming Nigthmare Dungeons (upgraded my glyphs to 15 level, still no manuals)

UPD: I found solution: Created new character and got manuals from helltide

I am in the same boat as well. As far as I can tell I have collected all of the other tempering recipes for Barbarian and the general ones, except the two Barbarian Protection recipes.

I just hit level 90 and have not seen a tempering recipe in probably 20 or more levels.

I had posted this over on another topic and this one was listed under the suggested. I am guessing it is a more widespread problem, but people probably don’t notice unless it is a temper they need for their build…

Tempering manuals not dropping in d4 seasonal, Ive tried farming helltides, doing normal dungeons, NMD, dropping to WT3, just cant get the manuals to drop. I just wanted to know if it is still a bug issue or if im just somehow the unluckiest person alive.
