They are clearly telling you the following…
“If you don’t waste your hard earned money on our MTX shop or our overpriced Expansion that’s lacking any real story worth experiencing, take your business elsewhere, we only want “cashcows” and “whales” in our games who do not question our lack of vision and passion, your just a commoner.”
Vote with your wallets, the only thing the AAA companies listen to is the money flow, if it’s not coming in they’ll have to do better to earn it, yet there are still so many who just throw money at them, so they just ignore the rest.
This “expansion” feels like a season in PoE except PoE is free and every season has much more content.
