10.000 fragments to craft 1 gem really? I have just hit 90, and do not even have half of the cost of crafting 1 gem. The loot reborn is fun. But it really have some balance issues regarding the gear progress.
Why shall there always be a thing that slows progression down. First the farming to get scattered prism to make a socket to begin with. Than I major wall blocking you to even make gems to put into the hard earned sockets.
I have had fun up to this point, but i really think its about enough with those issues.
The hype is slowly going away, when hitting one thing after another you can not get enough of. I am already bored of leveling glyphs before I have the last 2 level 15.
Then a need to farm gem materials after this. And a tempering system that want to give you all the affixes you do not want.
I am not sure how long I can keep climbing up this hill tbh. Everytime i hit a wall of these kind of thing i lose more and more joy of it. And I am not even at the end game part yet.
I tried the pit once and saw the low drop amount in there as well regarding the materials. So that will take a long time as well, and screw you over so you need to do it all over again.
I have nothing against grinding. But when you need to grind every single thing you need it just becomes to much. (not to mention gold as well)
Mate im lvl 97 with my sorc and havent been able to get best gems and doubt I will get them in this season. I dont play enough. Its hilarious because normally Ive not reached even lvl 90 but now at least you can reach 100 lvl even as casual player, but the gearing is still annoying.
Why do you want everything so fast? Be happy that we have something to grind for. Previously everyone was crying that there is no grind, now gold and mats finally have value and you guys are crying.
If you keep going we’ll end up with another D3 where you are fullbuild after 1 day. And we’re already close lol.
Maybe it is just the content that makes it feel bad i do not know. But after mindless number of NM dungeons, the pit seems like mostly the same just with loot in the end.
It’s the same you repeat hour after hour, and minimum reward for doing so.
So if its the actual need of the drops or the way to get them, that makes me not like it, I am not 100% sure.
So I think I will try hit 100 and forget about masterwork, it will take ages to complete.
Maybe if i had a faster build than necro minions it would feel better to farm those materials but necro is slow and drag all things out to boredom.
You get stuff for the gems eventually. The fragments drop quite often and usually in clumps of 200-300.
I’ve been 100 for a handful of hours and I got five 90 gems so far.
