For years the expansions have been released in physical format, do you know anything about the subject?
With less than two weeks till launch, they would have announced it by now, so i would’nt expect a physical release. It would’nt make much sense to have a physical expansion disk for consoles, as you cant run two disks at once anyway.
A physical copy of the expansion would just be a redeemable code in a box, wich doesn’t make much sense either.
As far as a collector’s edition goes, i found this:
This goes back to when PC games actually came on disks and not as downloads. As far as pc goes, it is a obsolete format.
The base game never had a physical release for PC either, just the collectors box that did’nt include the game itself. As stated in the link above, a collector’s box wont be released for Vessel of Hatred.
