I cant find the spot where the spirit is, supposed to be up in the northern area but there is nothing there. I have logged and even after restart of PC there is nothing there. Have cleared the area a few times but still nothing

I am having the same issue. Killed everything and scouted the area multiple times, no spirit.

Same here. Every time So annoying that they release expansions with buggy quests.
