The Vessel of Hatred undergoes changes and the player is the one who suffers the loss/takes the hit

I would like to share my desappointment with the stance adopted by the company. Since I first encountered the Diablo series, I have had - and still have - a great deal of affection for it. I truly love the fourth title in the franchise, and I purchased the game in its best available versions in order to experience it at its fullest.
Above all, I bought it because I belived and trusted that I would be in a safe place, confident that my investment would be respected and rewarded.
Then the new expansion was announced. Don’t get me wrong - it look great. However, the decision to introduce the ‘‘Vessel of Hatred’’ title and are charge for the DLC again, and for those who had the ‘‘Vessel of Hatred’’ title not even getting access to the new class… well, that was hard to take.
This approach creates more uncertainty than confidence when deciding to buy. If I purchase the new DLC, I feel like as though this may happen again, and I will countinually be penalized for supporting the product. It leaves the impression that loyalty is met not with apprenciation, but with repreated additional costs.
I came here just to vent about this. I genuinely care about the franchise, and I fear that this path may not be very promising for players like me - those who truly appreciate the game - by making the experience increasingly uncertain.

I enjoy the game deeply and would just like to see some recognition of the investments already made. In the end, I receive neither the new class nor any form of discount.

What don’t you understand? The new DLC comes with two new classes, and one you get access to via pre-ordering the new DLC now. Why do people think this has something to do with Vessel of Hatred DLC?
