There is a major design flaw in the Winter sorc glyph. It's not working

Sorc glyph named “Winter” main bonus says : “Paragon nodes within range gain +72% bonus to their Cold damage and damage reduction modifiers”.

The problem is that there is absolutely NO SPOT on any board where its bonus can be applied, except ONE node ( a 20% cold res node ) that gets a flat 17% cold res with a lvl 20 glyph. And 17% cold res is like 0.5 cold damage reduction…

I thought it would work in the OBVIOUS spot that has 2 nodes “Damage to chilled enemies” and “Damage reduction from chilled enemies”. Except it doesn’t work.

I thought it would work with “Non-physical” damage nodes, it doesnt.

It also doesn’t work on “all resistances” nodes.

Yep, I noticed that as well, weird design choice I’d say.

If you look at the Searing Heat board you see the glyph area has both Fire Damage and Fire Resistance nodes, so the Pyromaniac glyph (+% fire damage to paragon nodes) does work there.

The 2 lightning boards have the same issue as the 2 cold boards, both the Winter glyph and the Electrocute glyph can only boost the respective resistance since there are no % cold/lightning damage in the glyph area.

YEP. Lightning also has this issue. And I also thought that “cracking energy” considered as lightning - nope.

the more I play - more I think they HAVENT EVENT TESTED this game. We are doing all tests right now.

like what’s the problem - give this game for a month to 5-7 top content creators, I mean like Rob, Lama, Wudi, Rex - they will find all the bugs and mechanic flows. Just pay them normal money if your testers cant find a shit!

This is sad.

And the worst part is that nobody talk about this bug and I highly doubt it will ever get fixed
