I was gifted the game yesterday by my brother for my birthday and I have not even been able to play it at all yet. I have contacted support no help there, I have disabled my fire wall no help, I have repaired the game, no help, I have reinstalled the game no help, I have updated every drive on my PC and followed all the online forum stuff and still cannot get in, my next best thing to to request a damn refund. My brother sits next to me in the same room we have the same laptop and he is not having any issues what so ever, I am currently at a loss and have no idea what to do. Blizzard support have told me that the problem’s should be fixed if not can i send them the model of my modem. Problem is not fixed and it has nothing to do with my modem because my brother does not seem to be having any of these issues. can someone please help…When I load into the game it says connect to Diablo for like a split second, Then spits out the error 12 code and then when I click okay the whole game shuts down.

I have the same problem, I would understand if the game cost 25 euros, because cheap games often have problems, but damn, this game costs 70 eruo, for this amount I rather expect that I will be able to play normally, I understand the bugs in the game, but damn, some stupid problem when logging in is too much, especially since this game is already a few months old, such a problem should be present at the beginning of the game and not after such a long time of its release. Really, if anyone knows how to return the money, please share this information, because I think we are the only two people in the world who have the same problem.

Same problem for a hour from now :confused: tried game reinstall, update GPU drivers, cant ping EU diablo 4 IP server 35.240.124.178, maybe thats the problem

for me the same. Buyed it last hour ant played like 10 min. After that can’t login

same problem here, bought it today, played 20min, crashed, never been able to log in again (code 12).
also the game shows a grey full screen before showing the blizzard and game logo, I don’t think it showed that the first time I played.

Seriously if that problem is still there tonight i will refund the game, terrible fist impression of a 70€ game, instant downer for me

Happened to me too. Bought the game today and just finished the opening scene. Had some audio issues so closed the game and reopened it - since then it’s just Code 12 errors and the game is unplayable.
I paid 70 euros for a laggy opening scene and no game, absolutely ridiculous.

Any word on the fix just bought the game last night played around a bit now can’t get back on.
