Hi, i have a problem with connect. Code 1910 (there was a problem logging in). You can support me? I buyed Ultimate game version, play on PC.

Same issue battlenet doesn’t remember my credentials in as well. I tried diablo 3 and I have to login manually once the game boots up.

Same problem here, I already scanned the game (no repair was needed), I reinstalled the game, changed password, reinstalled Battlenet app, rebooted pc, tried to launch with VPN on and off, tried Wifi and Lan, updated AMD GPU driver (6800XT) to 23.5.2. I changed the localprefs.txt file “DisableChromaEffects” from 0 to 1 and vise versa. Also tried to change the resolution in this file to be a standard resolution instead of my monitor resolution (3800x1600). Nothing helped.
Edit: Also removed and/or uninstalled all Razer SDK files, also installed crystaldiskinfo and both Nvme are running correctly.
Edit2: Also changed location of Diablo from C to D, did not help, then changed it back, nothing changed.

@Dresiaron is there anything else you propose i do?
I restarted my modem/router aswell and checked for a stable connection.
Directly connected to the router with cat7 cable. after that another pc reboot, no effect.

Помогите пожалуйста, не могу войти в игру уже сутки почти, вылетает ошибка 1910

Beta версия игры прописывает в реестре по ключу HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Blizzard Entertainment\Battle.net\Launch Options\Fen значение WEB_TOKEN.

При отсутствии сего значения релизная версия выдавала у меня 1910. Со времени беты переустанавливал винду и, соответственно значение в реестре у меня отсутствовало. От смены паролей/брандмаузера/ребута роутера/компа/переустановок battlenet толку не было (запись в реестре от этого же не появится).

Если причина как у меня, то необходимо скачать Beta версию(можно до ~36%, чтобы запускалось, не обязательно полностью), запустить и авторизоваться (будет ошибка, что сервер недоступен, но не важно), в результате в реестре появляется требуемое значение и релизная версия Diablo 4 после этого запускается.
