There has always been lags when playing with groups but what I am experiencing now is just horrible. The game is completely unplayable. I have turned off cross play, purchased a new video card, installed an I7 chip, upgraded my lan card…STILL lagging out. I called the internet company and they came out and checked the connection and told me it is well above spec. I replaced my router (another three hundred bucks) and nothing seems to help. I updated all my drivers as well so you guys tell me what changed? Ever since the latest update and PTR going online I have had this issue. I don’t want to quit this game but if the problem persists I have no choice.

I have the same problem, no way to solve and the thing gonna worst now from the begin the lag is so bad that is total unplayable. In s3 there was some lag but not like that.

Same in here. 3 days ago it was fine, now i have 1000ms ;/ I havn’t change anything. The game is unplayable
Hi, the problem is not your line or computer, the problem is them, always has been. I’ve known Blizzard since 2009 and they have always been that way. I started with World of Warcraft and played for several years, then abandoned it because in addition to various problems in general gaming had become a job. Not counting their famous “mathematical formula for percentages.” The rule says math is not an opinion, but for them it is.
