today I received a warning for bad behavior, even though I barely even played diablo. Since the new season started, I haven’t played seasonal content. I only tried to play Rogue on eternal, I made a new character and barely even reached lvl 28 since the beginning of the season. Didn’t use chat even once, actually my chat is completely turned off, didn’t make no contact with other players etc. So how is it possible that I get reported for bad behavior, based on what?

After submitting a ticket I got an automated message with no explanation as to why I received a warning with links to “Terms of Use and In-game Policies” and there’s absolutely nothing in there that can describe any of my activity, as I’ve been playing completely SOLO, with no interactions with other people, for maybe 30-40 minutes at the time spread across weeks. This is laughably absurd.
i also got this and didnt play much and never in any chat and playing solo, its just blizz crap, 10 years ago i had even ban in diablo3 for doing nothing they said attacking off screen something and copy paste messages did 10 supprot cases and on all same saying they got proof that they cannt show but they got it, months later the unbanned me and did nothing.
I find this so infuriating, because no explanation no reason no proof, just accused for something and you don’t even know what you’re accused of, guilty until proven innocent. It’s total gaslighting on part of blizzard. And I know it’s total BS because I barely even touched the game, and things like this are making me dislike the game and company even more. Total disrespect.
