Really maintenance prime time after i finnish work and meany others in europe just wanting to relax and chill . why not do it off peak ffs …

You can still play, its LIVE service maintenance, not game maintenance.
More interesting thing is patchnotes. Why the huck WOW players know patchnotes before install and here we even dont know is it worth back to the game.

Finding patch notes after release is even awkward.
US forums has a sticky on the front page of General Forums with current patch notes. We - don’t… 
I’ve been playing entire afternoon and evening throughout the live maintenance and was not disconnected even once.
seems today it would be the same. it is impossible bring big changes without turning servers off… so seems no balance changes or anithing else would come today.
we are in Europe and they live in America and they also have to sleep, eat, take care of hygiene and so on, they are not robots. Time is not the same all over the world, but you probably already know that
