Tool tip is incorrect

It says in one of the tool tips that only in Torment Level 1 and above can you find unique items, which I have the proof of to be incorrect. Namely the Esadora’s Overflowing Cameo, which I got when I was level 59 or so, when I played on the ‘Hard difficulty’ (still using it btw.).

Please fix this.

it only say the chance are increased… ancestral type gear is torment only ( so your uniqe have a chance for greater affix in torment only )
