Transmog does not save

Hello everybody,
I want to transmog some of my equipment.
But as I enter the wardrobe, the 5 equip places do not match their original equip.

hat is displayed right
bodyarmour displays as handweapon
arm armour is displayed with a shoe
leg armour is right displayed
and shoes are right displayed

this would not disturb me, since as I click my wished transmog everything looks right and fine. I can confirm the look, everything fine.

But as I want to save the look on one of the saves it does not save.
And as I leave the wardrobe my char looks shitty as before, complete without transmog.

First I thought, since I did not played for a while and got only weapons and equip before the last big update it may because of the old stuff. But till now, I scrapped everything and found a complete new legendary Items to go… but problem remains…

Idea?

I also am not able to save my Transmog look on a complete free save place… even to save it on one of the already used ones :confused:

Haven’t played for a while
Bought extension
Saw this ridiculous bug
Lost an evening searching about it and trying workarounds, without success
Asked for refund
