After yesterday’s update (I think it was yesterday) I can no longer apply transmog. Weapons are not clickable at all, while armor can’t be applied individually, bc “Equip Theme” is used by default, and I also have some pieces as available but I know I haven’t unlocked them yet.
Really hope it gets fixed soon
I am having the same issue where I can’t change anything at all except head peace and weapons
Some transmogs are clean missing, some have PH icon. When I click show me the whole set it does, but it doesn’t apply all the cosmetics when u click confirm or u are unable to click confirm….
Thankfully I applied a transmog a few days ago to my main char and if worked, now when ever I go into the armory it shows the boots and hands missing (as in not in the system at all) but as I haven’t changed my setup i just esc and I’m still wearing the stuff.
Same issue on PS5, I hope it will be patched soon.
Same issue on pc with the helmet transmog (Black Masquerade Disguise). Hope they’ll fix it all soon.

Same issue here, I literally cannot apply transmogs at all. I purchased the game because of Paladin, but I’ll be requesting a refund if they don’t fix this. Absolutely unbelievable that this hasn’t been addressed yet.
Same here, can only confirm look on boots, nothing els works, confirm look is just greyed out

How hard is it to at least confirm u are aware of the problem and assure ur customers that u are working on it. Abysmal communication skills from Blizz…

It’s interesting how a company care for your money with constant additions of transmogs in the store, but when they go missing they simply do not care anymore.
Every season transmogs go missing, both paid and earned.
Maybe if we spam the word “Refund” enough times, Blizzard’s alarm will go off and someone will crawl out of the money pit to assure us that this extremely obvious problem is at least being worked on. The game keeps hiding my weapon, and even when the confirm look button isn’t greyed out, clicking it just resets my outfit to what it was before.
lul patch but no fix to the transmog system… they broke it with the goblins patch, the goblin event is over but transmogs are still broken, zzz.
Same transmog bug on PS5, try to apply a helm transmog and the confirm button is greyed out and all i can do is back out. please fix this.

Just unlocked Greater Chestplate of the Khazra for a third time and it’s still locked in my armory, great….

Super weird, but it seems like some graphic appears that blocks the click that is supposed to select a transmog. Out of the many rectangles that are the transmogs, I shook my mouse in and out of one of the rectangles while clicking repeatedly. Eventually one of the clicks got through and it changed my horse to a cat. After that, I changed all of the looks one by one, clicking like a madman and shaking my mouse. 10/10 Blizzard, coding clickthrough events is hard.
