Playing on Torment, I noticed I had a quest that wasn’t handed in to the Tree of Whispers. It specified that it was on Nightmare difficulty, I switched to Nightmare and headed to the tree, only to be greeted by an empty box when I click on the tree. There aren’t any caches to be chosen. Is there a workaround for this or will I forever have that uncompleted quest in my quest log? Thank you.

After the May 14th update, and even with the new patch just downloaded, if I visit the Whispering Tree to get the TORMENT world level reward I see the “choose reward” screen empty, it simply gives me the option to close.
If I change the world level to NIGHTMARE, complete the dark favor bar and everything works normally, I go back to TORMENT but it keeps the dark favor bar full and still doesn’t allow me to receive the reward.
I also tried selecting restore shipments but nothing.
This happens on both PC and console.
Do you have any suggestions to solve the problem?
