Hi guys i’m triying to buy 500 platinum since i’ve finished all battle pass ranks and wanted to claim them. But it’s like the 4th time i’m trying this on the battle net app. I give confirmation to my bank for the transaction. But then i get an error from Blizzard after lots of minutes “stuck” on transaction processing. As i said it’s the 4th time in a row this happens (There was an error. (Code : 14002) ). Anyone else having this issue?
I want to buy damage boost for my Chain Lightning Sorcerer. So that I can actually play the game. How much Blizzard?
So anyone knows a “fix” for this?! i already bought platinum in the past, season 2 to be more precise. But now is not working.
