Can Uber Lilith drop good stuff now? She’s super tough, especially since the Season 3 update. Even though I keep beating her every patch, is there any chance she’ll actually drop something worthwhile?
It drops nothing because it cost nothing to fight Lilith unlike other content like Duriel or NM dungeon. Adding loot will steer players from other content and everyone just spam Lilith 24 x 7.
