When I rub the portal, items disappear and nothing happens… How do I get my items back?

I’d wish to get those back since it’s really time-consuming to get the 3 splinters…
Overall I find this season really great, but there are so much problems and bugs…
I’d like to retrieve those 3 coins - Blizzard.
Also there is no other way to make an official claim or to report a problem then via Blizzard forum? That’s really unprofessional…
Hi, I just crafted the necklace and went to Tristram to activate it. After clicking on it, the necklace disappeared, but no portal opened. Some joke, that =) This happened around 16:50–17:00. I’d really like to finish this—thanks a lot!
