I purchased the ultimate edition with the premium battle pass today and my platinum got used but I didn´t receive the battle pass or the skips.

Multiple people have reported that the battle pass redeem from deluxe edition is now working, can you give us an update about the ultimate edition or blizzcon battle pass redeem? So far it seems like they are still not working.
Well it is still not working and the 20 skips are no longer useable since I am about done with all the tiers and according to Blizzard it´s against policy to refund platinum spent on items that aren´t delivered.
Got the same problem, I bought the Upgrade from Deluxe to Ultimate Edition in the In-Game Shop for 1000 Platinum (on the PS5), it is linked to the Battle-Net Account and the customer support can also see i bought it, but they cant do anything about it.
The cosmetic items are there but not the advertised accelerated battle-pass, its also not visible anywhere, neither in the PC, nor in the the PS.
I have given up on receiving it and honestly after spending yesterday with Blizzard customer support I just count it as an online scam and a loss where I have myself to blame for spending money on Diablo 4/Blizzard instead of Path of Exile or Last Epoch where the companies actually offer refunds and solve problems if you have any while purchasing items.
Too many people purchasing items this season on Battle.net and through Steam and not receiving their items while Blizzard just points out that they added a layer with virtual currency between your real money and the ingame items to bypass european consumer laws.
I am well aware of Blizzard not caring if they lose 1 or 500 customers, even long time customers who spent money on all their games and ingame shops. Most of my colleagues are in their mid 30´s and 40´s and loyal Blizzard customers since Lost Vikings but I know several of them had issues with Diablo 4 and Blizzard customer support. One colleague cancelled through his credit card company when his son got scammed by Blizzard, Blizzard counters by locking everything on their account over 12 Euro.
I wonder how many of the people getting screwed now will consider paying for stuff next season or next game.

For 3 days now we have been actively discussing the fact that rewards for the chapters of the seasonal campaign are not being given out. Neither the armor for the horse nor the horse itself have been issued, although it is written everywhere that the rewards have been received. Same problem here. I only get the emote but not the premium battle pass.
Now they released an update for all those who couldnt claim the accelerated battlepass after upgrading to the ultimate edition.
Unfortunately for thise who upgraded from deluxe to ultimate and already used the “normal” battlepass for season 1, those get only the accelerated unlock but are still required to buy a battlepass.
I guess the battle.net is a lawless place, because in the ingame shop the clearly offered and promoted the accelerated battlepass for 1000 Platinum. Thats the offer the made and thats what I accepted. I’m not going to accept this and I’m clearly not going to spend any more money if I’m not getting what I bought.
i have same issue, i went from deluxe edition (i played 1. session) and now cant activate accelerated battle pass without premium battle pass. I see this as a scam. Dexcription is “Include everything in free and premium”.
I’m having the same issue. I bought the Ultimate Edition before launch but didn’t play S1. Hopped on S2 and I had to buy the Premium Battle Pass.
