i have literally seen 0 of this since i started leveling up to 100, i never had so bad RNG. did they just straight up remove it?,
I have also NEVER seen that aspect since I began leveling. I am now level 82 and it is the 1 aspect in the build that is necessary for it to work OP…and that aspect is nowhere to be found. I do hundreds of nmd’s, vaults, events, WB etc…and gamble…nothing. My friends say they get hundreds of them…they of course, don’t need them.
I got it a few times this season, so it does exist. Also, you can unlock it for the codex, through season journey chapter 4.
