For 2-3 months, I haven’t been able to access the in-game Shop. Every time I open the game and navigate to the Shop tab, first it says that it’s taking a bit longer to load, then it immediately changes to “Tejal encountered an error and is unable to make offers at this time.”
I have contacted Support directly via ticket two times and both times they suggested that I update my payment options and billing address. Both times I had done so - I removed all of my payment options then re-added only either my credit card or PayPal and I updated my billing address (though there was really nothing to update in regards to my address as I haven’t moved or anything like that, so I only added a space or a dot to it to make sure I followed what they told me to do). Whenever I did this I thought it was finally fixed, because after logging out then back in to my battle.net account, I was able to access the Shop in-game. However it only worked for one day each time. Then I wasn’t able to access the Shop again anymore. I had purchased items via the in-game Shop several times before since the release of the game, so I do not understand why all of a sudden, since around December it basically became unavailable to me. My payment options and billing address are 100% correct and Support’s suggestion doesn’t seem to help technically at all, so I’m making a post here because that’s what they told me to do as a last resort…

Update: I found a “solution”, which is to launch the game, exit it, exit Battle.net app, delete the Blizzard Entertainment folder in ProgramData (run > %programdata% > OK) and open the game again. This way the shop works but only until you exit the game… Please fix this.
