Unable to enter Dry Steppes

I keep rubber-banding out as soon as I try an enter Dry Steppes. anyone else ?
Specifically near “A plague of hatred” quest area

yes cant get near the quest location^^^

Same here. Im stuck and cant complete quest.

Seems to be specifically Dindai Flats, unable to enter this location. tried multiple entry points.

Same here! and not only Dry Sterppes but Kejistan as well. I am trying to complete the seasonal quest and can’t get to the quest zone. There ale also lots of toons near mine facing an invisible barier.

Also Fethis Wetlands in Hawezar
