Unable to log into seasonal characters keeps kicking me back to character select screen. Can only play eternal characters only. Please fix the issue this is happening on xbox and pc

Hi. I have the same problem un PS5.
In the Eternal world, can play.
In the Season world, back to select screen.
Try to create a new Season player, work fine.
