Above quest wont complete, done it twice now (today) and still in my quest log cant progress it (if it’s progressable)

Same issue here. Have done it four times, in my party, in a friends party, and alone. Cannot progress to the next undercity quest after killing Alia multiple times.

I am having the same issue, was playing coop and my friend completed the quest, I also had problems last night with the game saying I don’t own the expansion. I own it on both steam and PS5. this was on PlayStation.

Yup this is a massive issue and they need to solve it like now as its a CORE gameplay thing, it completed for me but my other half who was in the group it will not complete for at all, she has run the undercity now about 6 times and every time the defeat alia just will not complete.

Same here. Party member got it completed, but still stuck after multiple tries.

I was the other half of our group. Hubby completed it, I didn’t. Now I’m stuck…

Same here, done it twice back to back, it even updates to look complete and then reverts. It’s like the quest rubberbands

I changed difficulty and reset dungeons. Then was able to complete the quest solo.

I’m experiencing the same bug.

I did the quest with my husband. I was group leader but he initiated the portal. We did the entire dungeon and his quest completed. He was able to turn it in.

My quest, however, did not advance.

We reset dungeons and ran it again. This time I initiated the portal.

My quest did not advance.

The only thing I can try now is to reset dungeons and do it solo, but tbh I’m too annoyed for that.

Ironically, I got an achievement for the first completion.

The same is happening to us as well. In a party of two, one of us was able to complete the quest and the other one was not. Tried all of the recommendations on this page and still no path forward.
