Undercity: Wail of the Forgotten Abandoned House bugged

Hello.
Trying to progress this quest further on both accounts (solo/co-op play PC). You cannot enter Abandoned House as game try to load location indefinitely.

Due to that Ziggurat district cannot be unlocked.

I am also stuck here tried reseting ps5 and everything nothing works to progress this

Yes. I also have the same bug. I’ve restarted the game 4 times and still no luck.
