Unveiling the Barbarian: Unresolved Bugs in the Deathblow Build, Overpower Quandaries, and Aspect Troubles

I have several bugs to address in this topic,
most of them are regarding to build which I decided myself to invest in and optimize, appears to not work completely.
Firstly, I have noticed that the passive in skill tree “Brute Force,” which is intended to showcase the Barbarian’s overpowering strength, appears to be bugged. When utilizing this Passive, the expected increase in damage output which is multiplicative 45% [x] does not seem to be applied consistently. This inconsistency undermines the intended power and effectiveness of the Barbarian class, and I believe it requires attention and resolution.
Secondly , I have observed that the “Earthquacker’s Aspect” , which is designed to provide multiplicative [x]50-100% additional damage to overpower damage, is also experiencing issues. Despite activating this ability, I have not noticed any discernible increase in damage output.(not mentioning that conditions are very janky to apply, because you have to look constantly on stack amounts to apply it to attack that matters, which completely takes of immersion , and should be reworked in my opinion) This inconsistency not only affects the overall balance of the game but also diminishes the satisfaction and enjoyment of playing the Barbarian class.
Furthermore, it seems that the general functionality of the “Overpower” maybe for every class ability , but in this case for the Barbarian class is also affected by bugs. Specifically, I have noticed that the damage output of an Overpower critical hit is comparable to that of a regular critical hit, I have 400% overpower damage increase to overpower damage and I am constantly capped on fortify and have good amount of health. This inconsistency suggests that the Overpower ability is not functioning as intended considering its 3% chance, as it should provide a significant boost in damage when occurs.
Regrettably coming to last point, it appears that the Deathblow passive "Enhanced Death Blow that increases 100% [x] multiplicative damage ,is not functioning as intended. Despite investing skill points into this Passive in skill tree, I have noticed that there is no discernible difference in the damage I inflict on regular enemies compared to bosses (and most of the time I do damage more to regular enemies because of additive damage increases such as damage to slow or stunned. This inconsistency greatly impacts the gameplay experience, as it undermines the strategic value of investing in the Deathblow passive and diminishes the sense of accomplishment when facing formidable boss encounters.

As a dedicated player, I believe it is crucial to address this issue promptly. The Deathblow passive is a significant aspect of the game’s skill tree, and its malfunctioning not only affects the balance of gameplay but also hampers the overall enjoyment and immersion of players who have invested in this particular skill.
Also have recordings to provide evidence in particular fight with Lilith, where my damage to blood pustules she spawns, which are not affected by additive bonuses still do same damage as to boss herself.
