Has anyone managed to get their ultimate pack battle pass refunded that was activated by this bad UI?

Wait. The UI can activate the premium pass? Or was it rather you clicking without reading first? Nice side-effect of this „refund because I don’t like it“ culture is that companies deny refunds at all and people that make mistakes are f*

Oh, and btw. I did not attack the author, I even said that mistakes happen. I „attacked“ this dumb „refund me“ culture that refunds stuff because it’s not to their liking because they are not able to think before buying.

How the heck do you even see season progress? Literally don’t see it ingame, or I’m blind…
Because it’s people that abuse a refund option that are making it harder for people like the author of this thread to refund what they clicked by accident. Also, honest customers pay the price for abusers, companies calculate that shit into their prices.

Season progress is under “M” should be top left hand corner of the screen, unless you are on the Eternal realm which it may or may not show up in, i haven’t checked as i jumped straight on season 1 as soon as it started, haven’t been back to the Eternal realm since.

Anyone that clicks on that activation button either by mistake or by accident is entirely deserving of a refund. There should always be a confirmation button.
Imagine if clicking the button just withdrew all your battle.net currency and automatically bought the battle pass for you, would that be any less okay?

Yes they should, in this case. Will they get it? Probably not, maybe some, because of the reasons I mentioned. Kids that abuse the system and companies shutting this option down for everyone.

I preordered it before the launch of the game and haven’t even played the season yet cause Blizzard loves to try to fix things that aren’t broken. Shit at this point I would love to get a full refund on the whole damn game cause Blizzard keeps messing with things. Shame on me for buying a game that is all server based.

I agree, the way you activate premium BP as soon as you click 1 button, without any confirmation, is ridiculus.

My answers from CS so far has been they are not allowed to help because of higher ups. Great job Blizzard. Malicious design not having a confirmation window on the activation button. Especially since the cursor defaulted to Activate Premium Pass button on consoles and gamepads even. So it is definitely done on purpose. The whole sales pitch was “YOU can choose when you activate your battle pass, you don’t have to use it in season 1.” Then you accidently double tap a button to check your journey and bye bye paid battle pass.

I’m actually hyper focused on that button right now on pc and really scared of clicking it on accident. I’m afraid of even opening up the seasonal menu lol because I know blizzard will never help us or give a refund.
