ah damn, thought it sorted it! Im still playing, not crashed.

The bug is not nvidias drivers, it is Blizz when they add RT in D4. It ruins the hole graphics. Without RT it works some how with Nvidias balance settings.

Do not lose hope… it’s been a week since this tweet but…we will get there. The only unfortunate is you lose all elixirs/buffs - consumables you use when you crash and come back.

I’m on the 40 series here too and have disabled all DLSS, Ray tracing etc but still crashing.

"Seen a few post about some crashing they are experiencing after season start. If you have a 40 series NVIDIA card, I’d recommend disabling frame generation for the time being. Team is looking into it with NVIDIA but this appears to be a larger culprit to some of these crashes. ![:+1:t2:] "

Still crashed multiple times, and did everything they suggested

Ever since i updated the drivers yesterday im stuck logging in. I get to character select, choose my character and then up pops the Queued for game <1 minute and it just sits there. Strange but ive noticed as soon as the box appears in the middle, its jump slightly down the screen and then nothing else happens. I can still spin my character, that doesnt seem right either. So as it stands i cant login to the game, very frsutrating after the DCing after TPing thing that was happening

Blizz don’t like Nvidia. AMD players don’t have crashes or have they?
Or is the Diablo engine too old for new Cards, so they can’t handle the matter.

I did the new update for Nvidia drivers.
Set the game as medium quality (no ray tracing), locked as 60 FPS and removed every option. I haven’t crashed in 3 hours ! Give it a try !

Also AMD users have crashes too

I had a brief period of stability, managed to play for a few days, now its back to crashing.
